Hawaiian Mochi

 




Hawaiian Mochi

- 1 lb mochiko (sweet rice flour)
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3/4 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla


1. Mix everything together
2. Bake at 350 F until edges are brown and the top's not sticky
3. Lightly cover with potato starch
